When you join our email list
We use your email address to send a confirmation request and, after you confirm, the TexPainter launch announcement, Pixel Helmet tool updates and tutorials. Brevo provides email delivery and mailing-list services. We keep signup and confirmation information to manage your preferences and protect the list from misuse.
Joining the list is optional. It does not create a paid subscription. Unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact us. We keep the information needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
When you contact us
We use your email and the information you choose to share to answer your question and provide support. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or confidential project files in ordinary email.
Accounts and purchases
WordPress and WooCommerce manage website accounts, login and checkout information. Paid sales are currently closed. Stripe is our selected payment provider for launch. Account and service messages are separate from optional marketing emails. We will update this notice for the final purchase, download and activation services before launch.
Website operation and security
SiteGround hosts the website. Technical logs and essential cookies support security, account sessions and checkout. Signup safeguards use temporary keyed hashes of network and email information for rate limiting; these counters expire within one day. This does not mean the hosting provider deletes its own security logs on that schedule.
The launch form does not require advertising cookies. Brevo visitor-activity tracking is disabled. Any future analytics or advertising services will be assessed and this notice updated before deployment, with consent where required.
Essential cookies may remember your sign-in, security checks and shopping session. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent login or checkout from working. Email delivery providers may record delivery, link clicks and related technical events to operate and troubleshoot email services.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, email and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services and may process it outside your country. We limit retention to what is needed for the stated purpose, security, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or your email preferences.
