Try your first subscription for 14 days
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase, whether you choose monthly or annual billing. You may install and try the tools during that time.
Accidental renewals
If your subscription renews unintentionally, request a full refund within seven days of that renewal, provided you have not used the paid tools since the renewal. This applies to monthly and annual renewals.
Cancel future renewals anytime
Cancel through your account to stop future subscription charges. Unless a refund is issued, access continues until your paid period ends. Outside the refund windows above, we do not normally offer prorated refunds for unused time.
What happens after a refund?
Paid tool access ends for the refunded subscription period. Artwork you have already created and games you have already shipped remain usable.

Email support@pixelhelmet.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that applicable law gives you, including rights relating to defective products or services. Where mandatory law provides additional rights, those rights apply.
